How to make a return
Before sending anything back, please contact us by email at support@laflor.it, including your order number. You don’t need to fill out a special form — a simple message is enough.

Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
Refunds
Once we receive your return (or proof of shipment), we’ll process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for your purchase. Returns are free for orders shipped within Italy: we will send you a prepaid shipping label. For orders shipped to other countries, return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of incorrect or damaged items, in which case we will cover all return costs.
