Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from La Flor. If for any reason you are not, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return the items.

How to make a return

To request a return or exchange, please enter the email address you used for your purchase and your order number.
Please remember that returns/exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

Refunds

Once we receive your return (or proof of shipment), we’ll process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for your purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of incorrect or damaged items, in which case we will cover all return costs.
