Before sending anything back, please contact us by email at return@laflor.it, including your order number. You don’t need to fill out a special form — a simple message is enough.

Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
Refunds
Once we receive your return (or proof of shipment), we’ll process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for your purchase.
